A: Please check your inbox 10-15 minutes after booking a service with us for your confirmation email with all the necessary details.
Q: When will my Personal Statement Priority Skype Session be scheduled?
A: As soon as we confirm the receipt of your personal statement and payment. You will then receive an email with further details of your personal statement consultation slot within 48 hours (working days only).
Q: I sent my personal statement for the draft review, but have not received any feedback
A: Make sure you check your email, ensure our emails are not in your spam folder as we usually email back the feedback. If not, do get in contact with us.
Q: I love the in-depth feedback on my personal statement but I have used up all my drafting reviews, how can I get more?
A: Go to the Personal Statement Drafting Review and select the number of re-drafting facilities you need, check out and you will receive an email with further instructions.
Q: I am currently running late for one of my sessions, who can I contact to inform?
A: We understand unforeseen circumstances can result in lateness, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: ‘Late – Service Name, Date and Location’ and we will inform the tutor on your behalf.
Q: I have submitted a bursary application form, how soon will I find out if I was successful?
A: Thank you for completing the form, you will hear from us as soon as a member of our team has accessed your application. We aim to get back to you within a week of submission.
Q: I have just paid for your 1-to-1 services, when will I be able to start?
A: Thank you for selecting our highly rated 1-to-1 tuition option, you will receive an email from us as soon as you have been assigned a tutor. Make sure you check your spam box and add us to the safe sender’s list on your email account.
Q: I absolutely loved your session and would love to provide feedback; how do I go about doing this?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide food so please ensure you bring your own snacks.
